Symple Leases SMS Consent

Phone verification
When you request phone verification, Symple Leases sends a one-time verification code to the mobile number provided, to confirm that the number belongs to you. This is not an enrollment in ongoing text messages.
Optional SMS notifications
If you choose to opt in to ongoing SMS notifications, Symple Leases may send informational and transactional text messages including:
- Account notifications: sign-in alerts and account updates.
- Inspection reminders: upcoming inspections and scheduling.
- Appointment notifications: confirmations, reschedules and arrival windows.
- Payment notifications: payment reminders, receipts and failed-payment notifications.
- Customer support updates: responses and updates related to support requests.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Consent to ongoing SMS notifications is optional. It is not a condition of creating or keeping a Symple Leases account, and it is not bundled with acceptance of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. You can opt in or out at any time in Settings.
