Let your agent run the rentals
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own AI agent to Levvn. It can do what you can do in Levvn, with the permissions you choose, and it asks you before anything that moves money.
Ask for it the way you'd say it
Your agent works in Levvn as you, in whichever of your roles you allow.
Landlords & Property Managers
- “Which tenants haven't paid rent this month?”
- “Invite Maria to the lease at 12 Oak St at $1,850 a month.”
- “Post a job for the leaking kitchen sink and show me the quotes.”
Hosts & Co-Hosts
- “What turnovers are due this weekend, and who's assigned?”
- “Create a deep-clean task for the lake house after Friday's checkout.”
- “Book an inspection for the downtown loft next week.”
Renters
- “When is my next rent due, and how much?”
- “Pay this month's rent.” (you approve it in Levvn)
- “Message my landlord that the dryer is broken.”
Service Pros
- “Show me open jobs near me and quote the plumbing ones.”
- “Mark the Elm St work order complete and send the invoice.”
- “Block out Thursday afternoon on my calendar.”
Or just ask Levvn
No agent of your own? The Levvn Assistant is in the app on web and mobile. Type or talk to it from any page and it gets things done in your account, with the same approvals for anything important.
- Chat from any dashboard page, or open the full Assistant view.
- Dictate instead of typing where your browser supports it.
- Approve payments and other important actions right in the chat.

You stay in charge
You approve every payment
Paying rent or an invoice, deleting, terminating a lease: your agent can ask, but nothing happens until you approve it in Levvn, where you see exactly what will run.
You choose what it can touch
Pick which of your roles the agent acts as and which areas it can read or change. It can never do more than you can.
Secrets stay in Levvn
Door, lockbox and alarm codes, Wi-Fi passwords, bank details and tax ids are never sent to agents.
Disconnect any time
Every connected agent is listed in Settings → Agents. One click revokes it and every key it holds.
Every action is logged
See what each agent did, when, and as which role, in your activity log.
No account-level access
Agents can't change your password, sessions, payout bank, consent settings, or connect other agents.
