Delete your Levvn account
Levvn is operated by Symple Leases Inc.
In the Levvn app
- 1Open the Levvn app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device and sign in.
- 2Go to your Account tab, then Delete Account.
- 3Type DELETE and tap Delete Account.
Haven't finished setting up? Tap Sign Out on the first setup step, then Delete Account.
On the web
- 1Sign in at getlevvn.com/settings/account.
- 2Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email privacy@sympleleases.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Levvn account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What happens
Deleting your account signs you out everywhere and immediately and permanently erases your personal information for every role on the account. This can't be undone.
Payments and money owed
When you close your Levvn account, your subscriptions are canceled and future automatic payments through Levvn are stopped. Payments already initiated may still be completed. Closing your account does not cancel amounts you owe or amounts owed to you. Payment methods, payout accounts, and related financial records may be retained by Stripe or Levvn as necessary and permitted to complete existing transactions, handle refunds and disputes, meet applicable requirements, or resolve outstanding financial obligations. Any collection of outstanding amounts must be appropriately authorized.
Deleted
- Your name, email, phone, photo and business details
- Your sign-in details, passkeys and connected AI agents
- Your Levvn Assistant conversations, saved searches and favorites
- Your public profile, portfolio and listings
- Your documents, rental application documents and the files you attached to messages
- Marketing emails and texts stop for good
Kept
- Payment, invoice and lease records (and lease, inspection and tax documents) we must keep for tax and legal reasons, without your name or contact details
- Messages you sent to others, reviews and support tickets, shown as from “Deleted user”
Financial records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting, and communications for up to 3 years for dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Before you delete
An account can't be deleted while it's part of an active lease, has payouts still on their way to your bank, or has an open dispute, because other people depend on those records. The app lists anything that needs finishing first, and our support team can help. Money you owe or are owed, such as Levvn fees or a Service Pro's unpaid invoice, doesn't stop you deleting your account, and deleting it doesn't cancel it: before you confirm, the app shows what you still owe and what you're owed, with amounts.
Delete some data without deleting your account
- Levvn Assistant conversations: open the assistant's History and delete them.
- Your photo, phone, and business details: edit or remove them in Settings → Profile.
- A role you no longer use: Settings → Delete Account → Remove Role.
- Anything else: email privacy@sympleleases.com.
